I oversee multiple programs that connect workforce development, policy, education, and communications to build a stronger care continuum.Key initiatives include:• My Learning Center (MLC): PHA’s online training platform offering 89 digital courses for caregivers supporting compliance, competency, and career advancement.• Direct Care Worker Job Quality Grant: A statewide partnership with the PA Department of Labor & Industry that funds training, credentialing, and career pathways for direct care workers and home health aides.• Education Oversight: Strategic direction for more than 80 annual virtual trainings and webinars, nearly 75% of which are free to members, ensuring accessible education for agencies of all sizes.• PHC Recruiting: Recruitment consulting and permanent placement services helping agencies build stronger teams across home care, home health, hospice, and healthcare sectors.• Marketing and Communications: Lead the strategy and development of statewide campaigns, digital content, and member communications that strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and highlight the value of Pennsylvania’s home care workforce.• Advocacy: Support statewide advocacy efforts by recruiting and engaging members, caregivers, and stakeholders to share their stories, participate in campaigns, and advance PHA’s policy priorities that strengthen home and community-based care.Through data-driven strategy, collaboration, and creative outreach, I work to advance job quality, strengthen the talent pipeline, and ensure older adults and people with disabilities continue to receive high-quality care in their homes and communities.
