Hi! My name is Becky, and I’m a fourth-year undergraduate student pursuing a BS in Biology. My personal and professional experiences have shaped a vision for my future as a physician: to bridge gaps in cultural competency, strengthen the human connection in physician-patient relationships, and inspire students like me to pursue their ambitions with confidence. Through engaging with mentors in the field, I continue to understand the incredible impact healthcare professionals can have on their patients and communities. This has provided me with insight into how important it is to make connections, take chances, and keep learning. I am continuously seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills through community service, research, and clinical experiences.
