Engage with HCPs and other customers (including HTCs and SPs) in order to educate on the safety and efficacy of Genentech products and services to appropriately generate demand- Educate patients, caregivers, and specialty pharmacies about the disease state and Genentech products to appropriately generate demand and support on-label use in patients- Provide HCPs and other customers with coverage or reimbursement information and clarify and mitigate access issues- Provide leadership of HCPs, SPs, and Patient Advocacy Group with information about patient education services.
