Becky Vincent is the CEO, founder, and majority owner of RJ Vincent Enterprises LLC, a California company doing business as Vincent Enterprises and Vincent Capital Management. She is a seasoned executive, an entrepreneur, and a driven and focused leader. Becky has broad technology expertise across multiple functions in several highly complex industries. Her P&L and extensive line management experience spans engineering, operations, and manufacturing in commercial, business-to-business, government subcontracting, and retail. Becky managed $20+M development projects, contributed to customer $100+M award wins, and negotiated high volume international production contracts valued at over $100M. Her international experience includes American, Asian, European, and African companies and cultures. Becky and her Vincent Enterprises’ team provide engineering and business solutions to large and small technology, business, and government customers. Previously, she led design and production departments for rockets, airplanes, and consumer electronics. Early in her career, Becky was promoted to be the first female engineering manager at a General Dynamics division; she was recognized with an outstanding contributions award as well as Research and Engineering’s nomination for a Tribute to Women in Industry Award. Becky Vincent is a licensed single-engine airplane private pilot and owns a retractable Cessna Cardinal (C177RG). She is a Carnegie Mellon University Electrical Engineer with a marketing MBA. Becky taught program/project management and engineering processes at the graduate school level. She is a past President of the UCSD Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers (EPSE) Alumni Board and was formerly on the USD Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering Advisory Board. She has also served in various capacities on numerous nonprofit boards. Becky is an avid golfer and enjoys snow skiing, surfing, and scuba diving.
