I lead a global team of 10 medical writers to develop lay language communications materials to recruit people to take part in clinical trials and to retain them in the research studies. My specialty is making complex medical information easy for people to understand. My team also develops materials for investigators and study site teams. Our work reaches across therapeutic areas, audiences, demographics, and formats (print, digital, and video). Additionally, I serve as a subject matter expert on health literacy and on diversity and inclusion where I am part of IQVIA\'s Clinical Trial Diversity and Inclusion Community Engagement team.
