I specialize in therapy for depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, drug and alcohol addiction, working with the LGBTQ+ community, and more. Together we can work towards increasing your confidence, decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms to improve your mental health by better understanding yourself and how to manage your day to day problems related to your mental health. I am currently accepting new clients and have afternoon, evening, and weekend availability.I work with mostly DBT but I also utilize CBT, Talk Therapy, and Life Coaching depending on what works best for each individual client. Nothing is off the table in therapy with me, I am open to helping with any mental health issues. I work with mostly teens and young adults, but it\'s never too early or late to start therapy!Reaching out for help can be the most difficult step in the therapeutic process. Everyone has had difficult times in their lives, but sometimes it can feel like the anxiety/depression will never go away and we need help along the way. We\'ll create a treatment plan together and get you back on the path towards your goals. You can call any day of the week!
