ABOUT BECKY PARKER
As the Human Resources Manager for UT Health Austin at Dell Medical School, Becky enjoys all aspects of Human Resources. Her primary areas of focus are recruitment & retention, management training and support, as well as all levels of employee relations. As her experience and education continue to build together, she has both a historical perspective as well as current knowledge of best practices for HR. Prior to working for UT Austin\'s Dell Medical School, Becky served for four years as the Director of Human Resources for The Austin Diagnostic Clinic and twelve years as a Recruiter and Senior Generalist. Prior to her time in HR, she served more than seven years as an Operations Manager in various other departments. It is her management experience that helps her to provide credible support to all levels of leadership. Becky graduated from Texas State University in December 2012 and received her BA in Applied Arts and Sciences with a focus in Occupational, Leadership, and Workforce Studies.
