I am a certified Workday HCM Consultant who specializes in providing clients with post-production support. My primary focus is designing and configuring solutions to optimize clients\' systems across Core HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation and Talent & Performance Management, but I also provide project management, change management, and general business management consulting services. My goal is to not only complete client requests, but to also provide them with the tools and knowledge needed to support their systems going forward.Prior to Workday consulting, I spent 10 years as a Human Resources professional, focusing on compensation plan administration and design, HRIS, and general HR operations. I was a key contributor in the implementation of several HR systems including SAP HR, SuccessFactors (Performance/Goal Management, Compensation and Recruiting), Lumesse ETWeb, and Egencia.
