About Becky Kelderman
Working in manufacturing for nearly twenty years, and having an education of something other than engineering, has forced me to create a space and value for my way of thinking. I was fortunate enough to learn nearly every type of discrete manufacturing process and take a human-centric and practical approach (rather than mathematical) to understanding challenges and solutions. I love tackling a problem, head on, and working with my team to create purpose driven, and most importantly realistic solutions. Too often we see the end game, but not the incremental steps to accomplish a goal - or how to keep it on track. I have seen how data and information is so sanitized by the time it reaches leadership, the truth and practical solutions are often lost or shelved in the process. My passion is to arm my client with a unique perspective into communication, governance, and what it means move the needle in manufacturing efficiency and optimization.
