Following my own difficult fertility journey, whilst balancing my work, I\'m teaming up with two amazing ladies to launch \"Fertility Matters At Work\", designed to help organisations understand and support those experiencing infertility. Sadly, far too many people feel unsupported throughout this difficult time due to a lack of understanding, awareness and policy. With over 35 years combined experienced in HR we want to are use our knowledge and experiences to change this and ensure that the issue is given the understanding and credibility it deserves, supporting those facing fertility treatment whilst at work, and ultimately reducing the distress caused so that employees are more likely to remain productive and in the workplace.If you are an organisation that already has provision in place to support your employees going through fertility treatment we would love to hear from you and what you do.
