I am a senior Human Resources professional and accomplished leader with extensive experience across both private and public sector organisations. My career has been built on driving people-focused strategies that align with organisational goals, foster engagement, and enable sustainable growth.In both internal HR leadership roles and client-facing consultancy positions, I have developed deep expertise in employment law, employee relations, and stakeholder management. This foundation, combined with strategic insight and operational excellence, has allowed me to successfully deliver HR transformation initiatives, change management programs, and large-scale organisational projects that improve culture and performance.As a trained mediator, I specialise in workplace conflict resolution, supporting organisations to address interpersonal and team disputes before they escalate into formal grievances.
