With over a decade of experience in Human Resource Management across diverse sectors such as retail, public healthcare, real estate and manufacturing, I am a dedicated professional committed to driving organizational success through strategic HR practices. As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holding a Master\'s degree in Human Resource Management, I bring a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and a passion for fostering positive workplace environments.Throughout my career, I have led transformative HR initiatives within industries including healthcare, retail and recycling/reuse, with a current focus on a private equity backed organization. These roles have involved driving talent acquisition strategies, leadership development programs, and growth efforts designed to align with the dynamic demands of PE-backed as well as public funded organizations. In my current role, I report directly to the Europe, Middle East and Africa Managing Director (EMEA) after having reported into the CEO for the majority of 2024. I partner closely with global executive leadership team to deliver HR strategies that drive business success and manage a team of four Business partners across Europe. I am deeply engaged in advising and supporting C-suite executives on strategic workforce planning, executive talent management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion across the organization. My expertise spans strategic HR planning, diversity and inclusion, HR analytics, and creating environments of continuous learning.I firmly believe in the transformative power of HR to enhance business performance and create workplaces where employees at all levels feel valued and empowered.
