Throughout my career, I have earned respect for providing patient-centered care at the bedside and as a consultant and team leader. I am proud of my ability to build A-1 teams, while fostering relationships with care and service providers in the community and hospital settings. In being mission driven, I ensure strategic goals and initiatives developed are student, nurse, or patient-centric and in constant support of my organization’s mission. I excel in developing data repositories to identify areas of opportunity and buttressing evidence-driven project improvements.Additionally, I am creating a team of nurse leaders who are focused on meaningful and easily accessible Nurse Wellness initiatives with the Nurses Rescuing Nurses (NRN) taskforce. This effort begins in the classroom with foundation building of self-care that is restorative and continues into the workplace and beyond with the promotion of professional advocacy, personal wellness, and collegiality.
