About Becky Demas
Fueled by a willingness to learn and grow, my career has spanned the foodservice industry, media industry, and real estate. The broad scope of my work experience gives me a unique perspective on how to strategize, listen, analyze, communicate, and sell. Being part of both small and large companies has taught me versatility and fluidity, allowing me to better support employees, customers, and change. I’ve recently obtained a Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in order to help connect the needs of an organization to the strengths of its employees.
