Talent Acquisition Lead - Exec Search @Southern Water

Leading senior leadership recruitment across Southern Water, responsible for Executive Search delivery, succession planning, and building long‑term leadership pipelines across both operational and corporate directorates. I partner closely with ExCo and functional Directors to shape hiring strategy, assess leadership capability, and develop high‑quality recruitment materials that elevate our employer brand.Key Responsibilities & Achievements- Own end‑to‑end senior leadership hiring for all directorates, including Head of, Director and niche specialist appointments- Lead internal executive search and headhunting, delivering diverse and high‑quality shortlists for business‑critical roles- Conduct OPQs/leadership assessments and use insights to support selection decisions and succession planning- Build and maintain senior talent pipelines aligned to future organisational needs- Develop new senior leadership recruitment materials (candidate briefing packs, role profiles, EVP-aligned assets, interview frameworks, etc.) to drive consistency and professionalism in our approach- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on market trends, organisational design, role shaping and salary benchmarking- Support long‑term workforce planning through talent mapping and succession planning for key leadership roles.
