Currently working for Miller Homes as Director HR Operations across the Midlands and South as well as responsibility for the wider group HR operations team and resourcing. Previously worked for St.Modwen Homes with accountability for all aspects of our People Agenda including HR Transformation activity, diversity and inclusion and health & wellbeing as well as ensuring effective HR advice and efficient operations. Earlier experience includes working in the logistics arm of St.Modwen Properties and prior to that for the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust as their Director of HR & Administration responsible for the HR function, Health & Safety and IT. Prior to that I have worked in the manufacturing sector in both HR generalist and Graduate/Talent development roles. I have previously worked in recruitment and also spent 4 years working as a Store Manager for Marks & Spencer.
