I am an experienced Solicitor with excellent travel industry knowledge and expertise.I provide pragmatic, commercial advice and assistance to a range of travel and leisure businesses including Tour Operators, Travel Agents and Destination Management Companies. This includes drafting both consumer contracts and business to business contracts, for example booking conditions, property management agreements, catering contracts, supplier agreements and agency agreements. I also provide data protection advice and draft privacy policies. I provide advice to businesses relating to alleged breaches of contractual agreements or of specific regulations. I have also assisted in transactions.
