Responsible for the development and operational delivery of key services supporting the Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Outreach department and its external partners and internal stakeholders. Lead the MRAO Operations Team to ensure the effective management and co-ordination of a diverse range of administrative services and functions across MRAO to facilitate the department’s delivery against targets. To coordinate within and across teams to foster collaborative working practices which improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s service delivery.Make an active contribution to the affairs of the Department through membership of the MRAO Senior Leader Team and the MRAO Management Team.
