Responsible for the office of innovation management as well as developing the operational infrastructure needed to support innovation and assuring innovation results are measured and achieved. Works collaboratively with executive leadership to drive the OSF innovation agenda, including engaging Mission Partners in the process; educating them on innovation and creating an innovation competency at OSF HealthCare- Drives collaboration with all parties as part of the innovation ecosystem, including; simulation, analytics, OSF Ventures, OSF Partnerships, Service Design, and Performance Improvement- Assure the relevant training and competencies for core, adjacent and breakthrough innovation are built and disseminated through the organization- Responsible for leading and managing the overall ROI processes for innovation, developing administrative guidance to the internal innovation process including the application of the IP process and setting the external partnership agenda necessary to drive OSF’s innovation work- Provide administrative leadership to the following programs as part of the OSF Innovation ecosystem: Jump Sim, innovation partnerships, breakthrough innovation and performance improvement- Lead and manage the commercialization of ideas that emerge from OSF Innovation.
