Since I founded Delta Document Services in 1996, my primary responsibilities have centered on the management and administration of this very specialized business that serves a highly regulated industry. I came to create DDS following the ownership successes and profitable sales of three distinctly different commercial businesses - service, restaurant, retail. Two years’ experience in document research revealed the urgent need for expedient and accurate document research and retrieval, and I leapt at the opportunity presented.Now, more than 20 years after pivotal RESPA amendments were enacted — enhancing federal lending legislation and new regulations — lending companies’ compliances are more stringently monitored than ever. Property documents must be in order and complete, no matter how complex, to conduct the business of lien release, lending, and new ownership. The TRID regulations of October 3rd, 2015, make our skillful expediency more valuable than ever. Yet, our prices have never increased. They don\'t need to, because we\'re that good.In my years with DDS, I have managed extraordinary challenges as well as amazing opportunities. The changes in the world’s economy and the US lending industry require careful navigation and we stay on top of every adjustment. I have steered many visions for Delta Document Services to actualization. I continue to improve our client services with creative thought combined with excellent information, technological innovations, and a truly excellent team.
