I’m all about the big picture and executing it to achieve business value while aligning to financial targets and achieving an outstanding customer experience. I consistently turn around functions by connecting with a person’s strengths or partner’s value stream, streamlining processes / workflows and utilizing technology creatively. I have led teams of up to 450+ and controlled annual budgets of $70M+, identifying and achieving productivity. Areas of expertise include PMO, IT project & technical portfolio management, end user services, infrastructure services, and organizational design.The areas in technology that I’ve led include: business partnership, project & technical portfolio management, program and project delivery, service desk, field services, hosting services, and networking services. I did this for a global manufacturing company, as well as some of their partners and distributors.I have served as senior manager of technology where I led on and offshore teams, delivered against a multi-year delivery strategy to optimize efficiency and a positive customer experience, while streamlining processes and workflows. Across my career, I have had several major accomplishments. These include implementing a demand management discipline, outsourcing end user services and infrastructure services to an off shore supplier, establishing a customer centric walk up support service, implementing two service desks in Asia and aligning the services and processes globally, and delivered an operating model across IT infrastructure teams.People contact me to get input on how to improve the customer experience within their delivery resulting in business value.
