MAC - the Museum, Arts, Culture Access Consortium - is a fiscally sponsored organization that advances accesibility at NYC\'s cultural institutions through connecting, learning, and advocacy. My role includes managing all financial aspects of the organization, creating & implementing our three-year strategic plan, and collaborating with the Advisory Board on shared goals. Occasionally, I am fortunate to facilitate workshops for cultural workers, educators, and disabled job-seekers in various topics related to access, inclusion, and workforce development. The greatest part of MAC is connecting with the access professionals and disabled self-advocates and expanding my network of incredible thought-leaders across the NYC cultural field.
