As the Southeast Senior Regional Director at The Emily Program, I bring over 14 years of leadership experience in behavioral healthcare. I oversee operations, clinical service delivery, and growth across treatment centers in North Carolina and Georgia, ensuring access to a full continuum of care for individuals with eating disorders. Our comprehensive services include 24/7 Inpatient and Residential care, as well as Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Outpatient services, delivered both virtually and on-site. My work focuses on fostering collaboration, compassion, and excellence while driving mission-centered results.    Veritas Collaborative is now The Emily Program-Manage network of three psychiatric hospitals and three outpatient centers in GA and NC for individuals with primary eating disorders and related diagnoses-Offer comprehensive services including 24/7 Inpatient and Residential care, and Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Outpatient services delivered both virtually and on-site -Ensure seamless operations through extensive organizational changes, including a corporate acquisition, rebrand, and program integration-Collaborate with sales team to strengthen referral pipeline and enhance brand visibility through network events and industry conferences -Execute enterprise and region-wide initiatives, including service line expansion-Deploy cost-containment strategies that align expenses with demand and organizational objectives -Support a team of senior site and regional leaders-Lead employee engagement and retention efforts in partnership with Human Resources -Facilitate leadership development workshops tailored to managers at varying levels -Operate in a matrix environment with regular C-suite engagement
