ABOUT REBECCA JOHNSTONE
As a retired professional runner, my athleticism has shaped my work ethic into that of an entrepreneur. I visualize my end goal and while keeping this top of mind, dedicate myself to the individual steps. This perspective now elevates my work at lululemon. Through my career I\'ve developed a passion for pitching ideas and scaling successful tactics to expand reach. I took a reactive bulk ordering channel and created the foundation of the lululemon Team Sales Program. I developed a new run event franchise, the lululemon 10K road race series. Now I manage global event experiences and bring a holistic portfolio of digital and physical events to our guests. Seeing a vision come to life gets me excited and enrolling my team in the process is where I\'m strong. Completing my work with a team at my side keeps me inspired and using my passions to grow community is why I hop out of bed each morning.
