Boutique Recruiting Introductions is an innovative direct hire placement staffing firm, focusing on building close-knit relationships with client companies and career seekers to assist each of them in achieving their highest professional aspirations while contributing to their personal growth. My intuitive and driven nature leads me to naturally build client relationships and generate company revenue. My unique career experiences in the staffing industry, the opportunities I earned at my past employers, and my personal internal growth, allowed me to determine what my philosophy is, what my approach will be, and what my organization and I stand for. I am genuinely interested in learning about you, as I find people are fascinating and I can always learn something from others. I mean what I say and I say what I mean. I will not tell you what you want to hear just to please you, nor make false promises, or set unrealistic expectations. I won’t give you a cliché sales pitch as each person’s needs, challenges, and desires are specific to them. If I tell you I will do something, you can expect it to be done.
