   Support for several concurrent commercial construction projects with modest to multimillion dollar budgets; from simple improvements to new construction of full office suites- Complete ownership of submittal process: utilizing Procore and other internal systems; constant coordination & communication with subcontractors, ownership, and architects; monitoring and expediting when necessary, coordinating submittals with procurement and construction timelines to safeguard against delays- Processing RFIs: translating questions from the field into documented records with photos and mark-ups as necessary; tracking responses and distributing answers to subcontractors; following-up to ensure all feedback has been properly received & implemented- Supporting several weekly OAC meetings through preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, providing succinct verbal updates on submittal and RFI logs and processes- Administrative assistance for bidding process through project initiation: coordinating job walks, organizing proposals, creation & management of subcontracts- Assisting with project accounting through ProContractor data entry for contracts and change-orders
