I work with new and existing clients to understand their business model and implement products and programs based on their needs while adhering to commercial banking laws and requirements. Implementing client solutions also requires me to run projects, client and staff training and post-implementation hand-offs after stabilization. I support the development team in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of complex changes to existing client programs as well as own internal and external process definitions and documentation for the department. I work closely with management in defining and documenting the departments product roadmap, soliciting input from sales and operational teams and feedback directly from clients. I also strive to offer a work environment where direct reports are coached for future success and encouraged to identify process improvements and suggestions that increase efficiencies, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
