As a 100% Commercial Tenant Representative and Advisor, I am committed to helping businesses find the best possible office or industrial space for their needs under the best possible terms.With a background growing up on a small family farm in Michigan and serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, I have a strong work ethic and a deep sense of responsibility to take care of my clients and friends.I started my commercial real estate career as a Tenant Representation broker in Orange County, CA and later joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate, the predecessors to CBRE, in the Anaheim market. There I gained valuable experience as a leasing agent for landlords and developers of office and industrial buildings, which provided me with insight into how they think and what they worry about.After relocating to Boise, ID in 1991, I recognized the unmet need for a commercial real estate firm that specialized in \"working\" exclusively for tenants or occupiers. This led to the founding of TENANT REALTY ADVISORS in which remains the only tenant/occupier-centric firm in the entire market. I am proud to offer my clients unparalleled expertise and experience.In addition to my tenant work, I have also developed with a partner two Class \"A\" high rise office buildings totaling square feet in downtown Boise for my own account. This experience gave me even a deeper understanding of how owners, landlords and their leasing brokers think and work, as well as what keeps them up at night.To be successful in the commercial real estate industry, it is essential to understand the motivation of all the parties involved, as well as how they are compensated. I bring this knowledge and experience to every client interaction, asking questions that a layman wouldn\'t know to ask.Bill Beck is a recognized and respected commercial real estate leader with 45+ years of tenant advocacy experience at the industry’s top firms, including CBRE, Colliers International, and Daum.
