Translate complex planning, permitting, and policy issues into clear materials for internal and external decision-makers.EQUITY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE: Foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment that supports staff growth and centers community needs. Integrate ESJ principles into planning, policy prioritization, and change management efforts.
