Major Gift Fundraising Leadership: I lead major gift fundraising initiatives, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. This has resulted in substantial growth in major gift revenue and an expanded portfolio of engaged donors.Fundraising Strategy & Planning: I develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans for various fundraising priorities, including major gifts, planned giving, and annual giving. These plans serve as a roadmap for our fundraising efforts, outlining clear goals, strategies, and timelines. They ensure alignment with organizational objectives and maximize our impact across all giving channels. This includes overseeing moves management systems and creating personalized cultivation plans for major gift prospects.Donor Relations & Engagement: I cultivate and steward relationships with donors through a variety of engagement activities, including in-person visits, virtual meetings, and targeted communications. I develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage our donor base, incorporating personalized messaging and compelling content to strengthen donor relationships and inspire increased giving. This includes overseeing email communications, direct mail, and other engagement initiatives.Team Collaboration & Performance: I foster a collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and working closely with colleagues across departments to enhance overall team performance and achieve shared fundraising goals.
