As a mindfulness-based coach, I help people who are at turning points in life get crystal clear on who they are, what they need in the next chapter of their lives, and how to create it. I help them develop the confidence to express themselves authentically and bring true closure to past chapters. Together, we discover their inner barriers to fulfillment. My clients use what they learn to rewrite old programming they didn’t realize they had. I’m also a former psychiatrist with a decade of clinical experience, a doctorate in theology, and over a decade of experience in higher education, with additional training in mindfulness coaching. My education and professional experience provide me with a wide variety of knowledge, tools, and spiritual practices to help you connect to your own deep wisdom and meet your most cherished goals.
