In my role as an HR Coordinator with Highspring (formerly known as Vaco), I am responsible for executing HR-related duties at the professional level in multiple functional areas including compliance, HR training, onboarding, answering employee questions, working with our HRIS, and supporting the HR Operations team.With thousands of employees all across the world, Highspring has given me opportunities to learn more about global engagement in the professional services industry.
