I help business owners and C-suite leaders grow well, transition intentionally, and exit on their terms—without sacrificing their health, values, or legacy in the process.After more than 22 years as a business owner, I understand firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and eventually transition out of a company you’ve poured your life into. In 2021, my husband and I successfully sold our family-owned automotive repair business, one of the top-performing shops in the industry, after years of intentional growth, leadership development, and preparation.That experience reshaped how I approach leadership, growth, and exit planning. In addition to my CEPA designation, I am trained in the Value Acceleration Methodology™, which provides a proven framework for helping organizations increase value, profitability, and long-term readiness.In addition to advisory work, I’m a frequent speaker and trainer at industry and leadership events, including SEMA and AAPEX, where I teach practical frameworks for value growth, leadership, and successful transitions.Along the way, our businesses were recognized with honors such as Best in Idaho, Best in the Treasure Valley, the Torch Award, and Meridian’s Brightest Star.
