Report to Performance Director. Direct report - Assistant Performance Manager, national coaching team, regional coaching team and volunteer managers. Scope - Develop and manage a strong pipeline of athletes, coaches and support staff who are able to deliver consistent individual and team success on a European and World Stage- Ensure quality and comprehensive performance coaching and competitive opportunities for regional through to international level athletes- Support and empower the national coaching team to develop and deliver programmes of a world class standard- Responsible for the recruitment and management of all coaching personnel at regional level (including golf coaches, S&C coaches and volunteer managers) and the Diploma of Sporting Excellence (DiSE)- Responsibility for the budget relating to women amateur golf- Team manager for national representative teams in international matches and European and World championships- Chair of the Women and Girl\'s Selection Committee and past International Selector for the Ladies Golf Union, 20••••18(GB & I). Selector for the International Team for the Arnold Palmer Cup.

ABOUT BECCA HEMBROUGH
I am an experienced performance manager and leader working in high performance sport. I bring comprehensive knowledge and practice of supporting the development and success of people and teams in talent pathways and in the heat of international competition. Previously, I have been a sport psychologist, working in multidisciplinary teams across many sports, exercise, and wellbeing contexts. Including supporting the GB Women’s Volleyball in the 2.5 years leading into and at the 2012 London Games. I have always sought growth and have developed a diverse skillset from broad and challenging experiences. From chairing selection committees, to being a member on panels for international team selections, project management to a Non-Executive Director role for a paralympic sport. And more recently working towards a coaching accreditation with the EMCC (Jan 2023-March 2024). I am a graduate of the first cohort of The R&A Women in Golf Leadership Development Programme and currently coach participants on their foundation level programme. Across 2022, I projected managed the award winning Project Ukraine with a group of exceptional women in the 5th cohort of The R&A WiGLDP. My newest adventure started in January 2023 when I began a EMCC practitioner accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching with Catalyst 14.
