Capital Group, home of the American Funds and one of the world’s largest investment management firms, announced its plans to offer the firm’s first actively managed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in Q1 of 2022. I joined CG\'s Digital team to integrate the new ETF products into the website, managing the ETF web experience with partnerships across business, legal, disclosures, marketing, analytics, SEO, and IT development. I facilitated a successful full-page release within my first five months, and the full suite of 40+ core data experiences across three audiences within my first year at the company. In my second year, while continuing to support the ETF web experience, I collaborated with our global partners to facilitate an enterprise-wide digital initiative. I hosted a requirement gathering workshop in London in the summer of 2022, and managed the release of a global, multi-audience, language-translation compatible digital experience in the early fall. I am currently supporting three business initiatives on their digital needs, and building enterprise digital capabilities focused on UX predictability, device optimization, and global scalability through established standards and patterns.
