Since stepping into this role in October 2020, I have had the privilege of leading our human resources strategy, fostering a corporate environment that epitomizes trust, engagement, and unparalleled performance.Armed with extensive experience, including a previous role as Vice President - Director of Human Resources, I possess an in-depth understanding of strategic human management. My qualifications include a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and an HBDI practitioner accreditation. My Mission: My primary goal is to advance human capital initiatives that not only match our business objectives but also enhance our workplace culture.
