About Becca Altimier

I grew up in a small town and went to college planning to join the dance team and be an English teacher. My entire career has been spent in the service of storytelling, though it\'s unfolded in incredible ways my first-generation heart could never have seen coming. As Chief Client Engagement Officer at Ologie, I lead our business development efforts, building strong partnerships with marketing leaders, making sure we’re always earning their trust. Before agency life, I spent more than a decade on campuses myself, leading teams in admission, student affairs, and leadership development at institutions of all shapes and sizes: public, private, Catholic, historically Native American, research, liberal arts, and vocational.My own experiences as a first-generation college student and Student Affairs leader have shaped the way that I think about inclusion, belonging, and the collective power of education to change lives, families, and communities. I\'ve built my life in Columbus, Ohio, with my husband and our three sons. It\'s a great home base, but you\'ll also find me hosting panel discussions at conferences, visiting college campuses, or spending a long weekend with my family in the mountains or near a lake.
