ABOUT BECCA COOKE
My marketing career started the way a lot of things do, with a genuine obsession. As a teen, I was running fan accounts, engaging in online communities, and unknowingly building the instincts that would eventually shape my professional path.I got my first real taste of the industry during a summer internship at Weller Media Agency in London, where I worked on influencer strategy, social audits, and even contributed ideas to a Glass Animals rebranding pitch that were actually used. That experience confirmed what I already suspected: I wanted to build brands and create moments that people connect with.Since then, I\'ve grown from Street Team Promoter to Marketing Administrator to Marketer at Mammoth Live, a concert production and marketing company in the Kansas City area. Over four years, I\'ve developed and executed marketing strategies for 200+ events, managed 10+ social media channels, run multi-channel ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok, and built grassroots community partnerships that drive real engagement without relying solely on budget. I also reinstated our TikTok presence, growing it to followers through fan and artist content that felt native to the platform. What I love most about marketing is the intersection of creativity and strategy, using data and cultural awareness to tell stories that actually move people. I\'m always looking to grow, take on new challenges, and bring that same energy to whatever comes next.
