Catching qualified resumes from various resources and validating the consultant\'s through telephone calls as per the requirement.• Screen consultants based on job description, checking consultant\'s in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, behaviourally attributes job history, ability to travel, and other relevant qualities.• Searching the consultants in social networking sites such as Linked-In, Google Groups, etc.• Negotiate and extend offer letters to selected candidates.• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and sourcing, screening.
