With over 14 years of experience at Microsoft, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who champions diversity and inclusion, customer success, and learning and development. As an ERG Board Member, I serve in a leadership role to shape the future of Women at Microsoft and contribute to Microsoft\'s D&I initiative worldwide. I am also a certified Microsoft MIE Trainer, who educates and enthuses sales, technicians, and managers on Microsoft products and services. As a Business Relationship Manager, I provide a white glove experience for business and education customers, helping them identify their needs and opportunities across industries, company sizes, and territories. I also offer on-going support, community events, and hardware and software customization services. I have been recognized as a Microsoft MVP for my outstanding performance and customer service. I thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment, where I can leverage my skills and experience to make a positive impact.
