Coach, mentor and motivate top talent to achieve their full potential by leading by example, establishing effective processes. • Lead development efforts, drive results, execute the vision of business stakeholders, improve tech stack of business-driving application suite and provide end-users with a top notch user experience. • Drive strategic planning and evolution of software and components to keep current with market trends for technology and product roadmaps. • Strong relationships with third party development contractors and outsourcing suppliers for onshore and offshore vendors. • Budgeting, planning and forecasting software engineering and development related expenses; hardware, server architecture, licensing, training, etc.
