These teams are responsible for a wide range of operational functions including order fulfillment, demand planning, supply planning, logistics, 3PL management, project management, etc. We\'ve had to create several systems and processes from scratch, such as implementing EDI for orders/ASNs, working with developers to create a database for sales/inventory/ERP data, creating a S & OP process, etc.Over the last couple of years we\'ve had successful launches into some of the largest retailers in the world including Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Walmart, Lowes and are continuing to optimize our operations every day to provide best-in-class service.
