Leading and defining the strategy, technology and execution plans for expanding and improving our risk and abuse mitigation capabilities and solutions across the enterprise. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Instituting a data-driven approach to truly measure performance, increase overall accuracy and effectiveness and driving change through data analysis. • Implementing KPI measurements and analytics reducing customer friction within the purchase process. • Measuring ROI on risk-based initiatives programs. • Coordinating the product development of various risk mitigation tools within Nordstrom and our 3rd party partners. • Developing relationships with card brands and acquirers for continual performance monitoring. • Promoting platform and process improvements leveraging internal and external technologies when applicable. • Managing large scale end to end project implementations. • Providing thought leadership, sought-after for advice to various channels in terms of fraud, risk and abuse strategy to effectively utilize technologies, processes and continual collaboration.
