About Beau Phan
I\'m a young administrative professional with a passion for higher education and administration with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have a combined three years of experience in office administration, project management, and customer service. Additionally, I have a background in the medical field with a combined 1.5 years of nursing assistant experience at Mass General Hospital, Newton Wellesley, and West Roxbury Veteran Affairs. I have helped coordinate and manage large teams with higher-ups while having a background in customer service Some examples include:• As a office assistant at Boston College, I worked with two different residential directors and teams of residential assistants over the course of two years to coordinate scheduling, manage larger and smaller scale projects within the residential hall, and created promotional materials• As a dining aide at Boston College, I worked to maintain a high level of customer service as a part-time employee while assisting with the duties of full time staff and management to achieve necessary actions• As a nursing assistant at Newton Wellesley, I coordinate patient care and assessment with assigned nurses while engaging in medication management, vital sign assessment, and overall patient safety and infection controlI get excited about opprotunities where I get to promote efficiency and equity by supporting necessary actions of different team members to work towards deliverables. Moreover, I have developed strong organizational abilities and critical thinking through my undergraduate studies, such as the ability to analyze research and general social psychology applications. I am hoping to work with like-minded individuals as we strive to make higher education more accessible.I love connecting with offices within higher education and medicine, student affairs, and overall administration and am searching for potential job opportunities within such fields.
