ABOUT BEAU PAYNE
Born in Tennessee and raised between Vancouver, BC and Miami, FL, I excelled in football, basketball, baseball and was a MLB draft pick of the Florida Marlins. I also served my country as an 11B Infantry Soldier with the Rakkasans of the 101st Airborne Division among other units. Despite these outwardly facing images of success and happiness, my years of poor choices, childhood and adult trauma combined with alcohol and drug abuse derailed my life leading to over 10 years of incarceration in State Prison. These days, my number one goal in life is the daily maintenance of my sobriety and helping others avoid the same roads I once traveled upon. My brand of leadership is powerful because I’ve leveraged my own life experiences with the utmost authenticity and vulnerability by sharing my message of redemption, resiliency and a \"never give up attitude\". the very things that have allowed me to rise from the ashes and thrive in all aspects of life.Beau is published author, a keynote speaker, host of The Beau Payne Show Podcast, a recovery coach as well as a fierce recovery advocate for men and women struggling with mental health and addiction.
