Strategic and results-driven PharmD Medical Affairs leader with deep expertise across dermatology, immunology, and rheumatology, and a proven track record of driving field medical excellence. Currently a Senior MSL with experience spanning clinical trial support, global medical initiatives, and cross-functional strategy. I have partnered with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate trial enrollment, shape medical plans, and deliver high-impact scientific engagement (including symposium podium presentations which was awarded 2025 Project of the Year). I have led and mentored MSL colleagues, supported hiring and onboarding during rapid expansion (awarded 2024 Project of the Year for leading this initiative), and served in an Interim Regional Director capacity, strengthening my ability to coach teams, align priorities, and execute against enterprise objectives.    Supported six dermatology/rheumatology molecules in pre-launch clinical trial development, spanning over 30 clinical trial sites in my territory which helped accelerate recruitment and education.• Six-month internship with global HQ medical team to support the development and implementation of global medical training initiatives. Partnered with the global medical director and associate global medical director to develop and execute strategic training priorities to support internal medical launch readiness, partnered with global scientific communications team to develop and disseminate comprehensive training materials, collaborated with local affiliate teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve the training process to address specific regional needs, and contributed to the design and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions for medical teams globally to ensure consistent scientific understanding and messaging alignment.• Served as Interim Regional Director.• Co-led virtual advisory board and collaborated with medical directors to shape medical strategy.• Presented from podium at multiple conferences to educate HCPs on Sanofi’s immunology pipeline and mechanism of action of molecules to support our strategic MSL-led symposium initiative. • Led Specialty Immunology hiring expansion, doubling the size of our team in a three-month span, followed by serving as a mentor for new hires. This allowed the team to educate more HCPs on our science and become the company of choice for clinical trial support to advance the practice of medicine. • Member of efficiency workstream committee which strategically streamlined MSL asks/duties to allow for more focus on HCP engagement and education to drive medical initiatives, APP workstream which shaped medical strategy with focus on APP education and collaboration, and congress planning committee which assigned team members to relevant congresses to gather insights and educate internal team.
