About Beatriz della Costa Pedreira

For over 17 years, I have been developing and working with initiatives that can reshape our society and its political institutions. Using different methods and tools such as design thinking, strategic planning, political communication, documentaries and storytelling - my goal is to promote a new political imagination based on the diversity, plurality and democratic values. As a Latin American woman it is impossible to separate my identity from my professional trajectory. Part of my work is empowering women and helping them find their strength and develop their leadership skills. This is based on my conviction that more women in politics help make politics more representative and strengthen democracy. I am deeply interested in how we are changing our present so the future can be what we imagine and desire now. I am interested in connecting politics with entertainment and arts. So politics and exercising democracy became the culture of this time.
