I am Principal Investigator (PI) and Key Personnel / Subcontract PI of numerous research programs and commercial contracts that concentrated on image analysis. As a technical contributor, I design and prototype of medical image/shape analysis algorithms and software programs e.g. APIs, data processing and reporting e.g. scientific paper writing/presentation, customer reporting. As a project lead, I manage research and commercial projects using Agile methodologies working closely with interdisciplinary teams by defining requirements, setting priorities and deadlines, checking progress, and removing roadblocks to ensure project success. My role as an Assistant Director also includes creating company-wide processes, making strategic decisions and setting long- and short-term goals.Working closely with our marketing department I attend conferences to present scientific findings, gather market insights, make connections and develop new customer relationships.
