In LexisNexis Risk, we offer our external and internal customers access to Customer Test environments to be able to tests our products when adopting products or changes in our systems or an external customers system. This requires our team to adapt the product to a test environment where we have non production test data. Our Customer Test environment is used by the top insurance companies in the USA. As part of the Customer Experience Team in the Customer Test team my various tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to the following- Drive projects of new products, enhancements or any changes to our products to a successful completion and adoption into the Customer Test environment with minimal to no support of Senior team members- work with internal customers to develop business requirements for the adoption of products into the Customer Test environment- work with internal and external customers to create custom test cases- implement processes to ensure any enhancements and/or changes in requirements is well documented in the functional requirement document- work with each insurance vertical to get a good understanding of strategy and direction- ensure that each project requirement is aligned, and end result it\'s scalable to future growth- develop and/or assist in creating training material and documentationMethodology Used: Waterfall, Agile Hybrid, AgileTools used: Jira, Microsoft Office, Soap UI, ConfluenceLanguages: XML, Edits data files, JSON
