Provides support to the Global Head, FCC Client Risk & Advisory to ensure the execution of the strategy globally and at divisional level. • Facilitates the global coordination of all of the programs owned by Global FCC Client Risk and Advisory,• Coordinates all the responses provided of all the programs owned by Global FCC Client Risk and Advisory to meet the expected regulatory objectives and deadlines. Represents Global FCC Client Risk and Advisory in Regulators and MICOS QA/challenge meetings, participates to global regulatory remediation projects (including enforcement) and provides content when necessary,• Establishes, provides oversight, assurance and MI on issues management and supervisory controls for Global FCC Client Risk & Advisory• Coordinates updates of policies / processes to reflect new / revised FCC-above related laws and regulations, as applicable. Develops bank-wide annual mandatory elearning modules on AML. Supports the identification of Global FCC Client Risk & Advisory training needs; prepares and delivers training on FCC topics, as required,• Develops internal communications strategy covering Global FCC Client Risk and Advisory topics, identifies communications requirements; provides communications on FCC topics, as required• Manages the Global FCC Client Risk & Advisory Policy & Procedures Management framework• Oversees and manages the GFCC Client Risk & Advisory intranet website• Business Management & Communication, Chief of staff support for the Global FCC CR & A Head• Represents GFCC Client Risk and Advisory Head and Team in various forums and project working groups
